Delays in receiving required information, approvals, access, or content may affect the project timeline.

6. Payments and Fees

Service fees will be communicated through a quotation, proposal, invoice, or other written agreement.

Depending on the project, DigiSparc may require an advance payment before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Work may begin after the required advance payment has been received.
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all content supplied to DigiSparc is accurate and legally permitted for use.

  • Logos
  • Product information
  • Testimonials
  • Documents
  • Copyrighted materials
  • Other intellectual property

DigiSparc is not responsible for claims arising from content supplied by the client where the client does not have the appropriate rights or permissions to use that content.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DigiSparc retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, methods, processes, templates, code libraries, frameworks, design systems, and other proprietary materials.

Upon receipt of full payment for a project, ownership or usage rights to the specifically agreed client deliverables will be transferred or granted to the client according to the applicable project agreement.

Third-party themes, plugins, software, stock images, fonts, APIs, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.

11. Third-Party Services

DigiSparc may use third-party platforms and services when delivering projects.

These may include:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments for work already completed or services already provided may not be refundable.
